Information and rules

  • K-Pop competitions will be organised according to the level of the group entered.
  • A dancer may only dance once per competition.
  • Music must last between 2 minutes (minimum) and 2.30 minutes (maximum). No more than this is permitted.
  • Groups must respect the number of dancers required for the chosen competition.
  • The demos (music) sent must be renamed with the name of the group and be in MP3 format. We do not edit them.
  • Criteria taken into account during the competition:
    • Technique (synchro, originality, level)
    • Aesthetics (costume, hairstyle, decor, make-up)
    • Atmosphere (smile, dynamism).

Amateur or advanced K-Pop competition?

  • Amateur and beginner dance levels: An amateur dancer is someone who dances occasionally, whose motivation is essentially passion, who dances just for fun and who has not yet mastered all the basics of dance.
  • Intermediate dance level: An intermediate dancer is someone who trains very regularly, knows the basics, is improving and is therefore at a higher level than an amateur.
  • Advanced dance level: A dancer who learns choreography quickly, may be a choreographer, a dancer who takes part in music videos and competitions and who may be paid for artistic performances (semi-professional) but who cannot yet make a living from it.
