Practical info

The festival will be open to the public on :

  • Saturday 24/09 from 09:00 to 19:00.
  • Sunday 25/09 from 09:00 to 18:00.

Insurance: each exhibitor “activity – association – game – etc.” will have to pay 25€ to cover their insurance for their presence at the festival.

Exhibitor badges

Our wristbands are valid for both days of the exhibition. If one of your staff is not present on one of the 2 days and therefore wants to be replaced, here is the procedure: the staff member must present himself at the secretariat (hall 5) the day before his departure at the end of the day. His/her wristband will be taken back. We will then give the new staff member the new bracelet.

A few rules to respect

  • Attendance is mandatory during the 2 days of the exhibition.
  • Presence is compulsory the day before the show for the assembly (i.e. Friday) but the assembly can also start on Thursday 22 September if desired.
  • The activity must remain free of charge for the public.
  • No advertising/sales on the association’s stand/space for any other event or business.
  • No sponsors/partners for your presence at the event.
  • If you are giving away prizes or gifts to visitors, you must inform the exhibition organisation in advance.
  • No hand-written paper displays: all announcements, tournament schedules, etc. must be presented on professional displays to create a professional look. We will provide you with the appropriate logo and template.
  • We ask that the stands be covered with tablecloths, preferably black, or of one and the same colour, identical on the whole stand. Tablecloths to be brought by the fanclub/association.
  • You will have to comply with the decisions of the Belgian government regarding the Covid-19 crisis if any are applicable.
  • This form is also for Heroes Comic Con. So, if you apply for a slot at Heroes Comic Con, this is also the form you have to fill in.
  • You will be placed on the floorplan by the organisation depending on your themes and activities. This means that you may be put in Made in Asia or in Heroes Comic Con.
