Volunteer Registration

Here is the form to register as a volunteer for Made in Asia Spring 2024 (March). If you have any questions or requests, you can contact the volunteer managers via this email: madeinasia.volunteers@gmail.com

Once you have been accepted as a volunteer for the 2024 event, you will be invited to join the dedicated Discord group. All official communications and other information/requests will go through this Discord group.

You are requested to be present (on the days you are available) at Brussels Expo:

Friday 1/03: from 11H00 to 20H00.
Saturday 2/03 : from 9H00 to 19H00.
Sunday 3/03: from 9am to 5pm.

We are organising a meal for volunteers on Saturday evening, after the festival. Please indicate your participation (not compulsory) in the form below.

Completing this form does not confirm your registration. Only when you are in the 2024 Volunteers Discord group will your registration be confirmed.

This form will ask you about your availability for the festival. We only accept volunteers who are available for at least two days. You can therefore be present on the weekend (Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March) or on all three days (1-2-3 March). Preference will be given to people who are available for all 3 days.
Required age: 18 at the time of Made in Asia.
