Completing this form does not guarantee you a spot at Made in Asia. The team will review your proposal and get back to you to confirm whether your request is accepted or not.

The festival will be open to the public on:

Friday 02/27 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Saturday 02/28 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Sunday 03/01 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Insurance: each exhibitor (“activity – association – game – etc.”) must pay €25 (insurance) which covers their presence at the festival.

Access Wristbands

Our wristbands are valid for all 3 days of the event. If one of your facilitators is not present on any of the 3 days and wants to be replaced, here is the procedure: the facilitator must go to the secretariat (Hall 5) at the end of the day before their departure. Their wristband will be collected, and a new wristband will then be given to the replacement facilitator.

Some Rules to Follow

  • Mandatory presence for all 3 days of the event.
  • Mandatory presence the day before the event for setup.
  • The activity must remain free for the public.
  • No advertising/sales at the booth/association space, whether for another event or a business.
  • No sponsors/partners for your participation in the event.
  • If you distribute prizes or gifts to visitors, you must inform the event organizers in advance.
  • No handwritten paper displays: all announcements, tournament schedules, etc., must be presented on professional displays to create a visually professional environment. We will provide the appropriate logo and template.
  • We ask that booths be covered with tablecloths, preferably black, or a single color consistent across the entire booth. Tablecloths must be provided by the friend group/fan club.
  • You will be assigned a location on the map and within the festival (depending on your activity). Based on the same activity, you may be placed in a dedicated area.
