Practical info
Completing this form does not guarantee you a spot at Made in Asia. The team will review your proposal and get back to you to confirm or deny your request.
The festival will be open to the public on:
Friday 27/02 from 12:00 to 20:00.
Saturday 28/02 from 09:00 to 19:00.
Sunday 01/03 from 09:00 to 17:00.
Insurance: each “activity – association – game – etc.” exhibitor will have to pay 25€ (insurance) which covers his presence at the festival.
Access wristbands
Our wristbands are valid for the 3 days of the exhibition. If one of your presenters is not present on one of the 3 days and therefore wants to be replaced, here is the procedure: the presenter must present himself at the secretariat (hall 5) the day before his departure at the end of the day. His/her wristband will be taken back. We will then give the new leader the new bracelet.
Some rules to follow
- Attendance is mandatory during the 3 days of the exhibition.
- You must be present the day before the exhibition for set-up
- The activity should remain free of charge for the public.
- No advertising/sales on the association’s stand/space for any other event or business.
- No sponsors/partners for your presence at the fair.
- If you are giving away prizes or gifts to visitors, you must inform the exhibition organisation in advance.
- No hand-written paper displays: all announcements, tournament schedules, etc. must be presented on professional displays in order to create a visually professional world. We will provide you with the appropriate logo and template.
- We ask that the stands are covered with tablecloths, preferably black, or of the same colour, identical throughout the stand. The fanclub/association must bring their own tablecloths.
- You will be placed by us on the map and in the festival (depending on your activity). Depending on the activity, you can be placed in a dedicated area.
- If you wish to sell a product at your stand, please contact Rémi and Thomas for the relevant edition of the festival. Authorization granted in a previous edition does not change anything: you must discuss it again with Rémi and Thomas.
