      Find on my booth a multitude of dragons and fantastic creatures! As an illustrator, my universe is detailed, colorful and oniric. With my companion Yoan, we have elaborated a bestiary populated with dragons: "Draconis Etincelles", that I will dedicate on the spot with great pleasure! <3 In addition to the books, you can also find charts, cards with gold, silver and shiny effects, pins and other goodies. All of them are made with passion, either with watercolors and inks, or with a graphic tablet. Come and discover our universe!

      Clair Paris

      CLAIR was established in July 1988 as a joint organisation of Japanese local authorities to promote the internationalisation of their regions. Its head office is located in Tokyo, and the organisation has seven overseas offices: New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Beijing. CLAIR acts as a bridge between Japanese local governments and the rest of the world, supporting their international activities. It carries out a variety of activities, such as the JET Programme, which invites language assistants and international relations coordinators to Japanese local authorities, providing grants for international exchange activities, training civil servants, organising exchange projects with local authorities abroad, and the activities of its overseas offices. The organisation also collects information on regional revitalisation in various countries and disseminates information on the Japanese local government system around the world. CLAIR Paris, our office in France, was opened in Paris in 1990. In addition to France, it covers Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Monaco. Its mission is to support the activities of Japanese local government representatives in these countries, promote international exchanges between Japanese local governments and those in these countries, conduct studies and research on local governance in these nations, and provide information on the Japanese local government system to their foreign counterparts.
