The shinobue is a flute used in street music but also for sophisticated artistic performances such as Kabuki and Japanese dance. Nozomi Kanda is a flute and shinobue (Japanese bamboo flute) player, who graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Mons and is licensed at the Tosha School of Traditional Japanese Music.
