Volunteer Registration

Here is the form to register as a volunteer for Made in Asia Spring 2026. If you have any questions or requests, you can contact the volunteer managers via this email: madeinasia.volunteers@gmail.com

Once you have been accepted as a volunteer for the 2026 event, you will be invited to join the dedicated Discord group. All official communications and other information/requests will go through this Discord group.

  • Completing this form does not confirm your registration. Only when you are in the 2026 Volunteers Discord group will your registration be confirmed.
  • This form will ask you about your availability for the festival. We only accept volunteers who are available for at least two days.  Preference will be given to people who are available for all 3 days.
  • Required age: 18 at the time of Made in Asia.

You are asked to be present  (on the days you are available) at Brussels Expo:

  • Friday 27/02: from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Saturday 28/02: from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday 01/03: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are organizing a volunteer dinner on Saturday evening after the festival. (Attendance is optional)
