FAQ Tickets
The Fast Pass ticket allows you to experience Made in Asia in the best possible way. This ticket is ideal for fans who are visiting the festival for one day, but want to minimise their waiting time and maximise their activity list.
- Enjoy 1 hour earlier access (9am only on Saturday and Sunday) through a reserved entrance to access the festival before everyone else and enjoy its many surprises. Ideal for the exclusive product hunters, or for fans who want to start the day in a much more relaxed way.
- Avoid the queues with a Fast Pass for busy activities and selected food and drink outlets.
- You’ll receive a collector’s wristband and an exclusive festival print.
- Please note: A FastPass ticket does not guarantee an autograph or a selfie. Moreover, it does not entitle you to cut lines for autograph sessions.
The Cosplay Ticket offers a discounted rate for Made in Asia.
To take advantage of this ticket, you need to come in cosplay—that is, dressed as a character from a fictional universe (movie, anime, manga, etc.). A simple t-shirt isn’t enough; a minimum level of effort is required.
If you’re unsure, feel free to have a picture of your character on your phone at the entrance to confirm it qualifies as cosplay.
If you purchased a Cosplay Ticket but are unable to attend in cosplay, you can pay the difference directly on-site at any of the cash registers at the entrances to Made in Asia.
As a VIP, you will experience Heroes Comic Con in the best way! Enter the event one hour early (9:00h) via a VIP line, use a pass to avoid the queues at the actor photoshoots & signing sessions and at the Comic Village, then go to the VIP area to get your VIP package (only for fans with a VIP Weekend ticket).
Attention: A VIP ticket does not guarantee an autograph or a selfie with Made in Asia guests. Additionally, it does not entitle you to cut lines for autograph sessions with Made in Asia guests.
With each Made in Asia ticket, you can enter the festival held on February 27-28 and March 1, 2026 at Brussels Expo.
At Made in Asia, you can discover hundreds of specialized exhibitors, famous video creators, fun and unique activities, shops dedicated to pop culture and Japan, music bands performing live, cosplay and K-Pop contests/shows, and many more surprises!
If you can’t find your ticket, check your spam folder in your mailbox. Do not buy a new ticket! The ticket will not be exchangeable or refundable afterwards.
For any technical issues related to ticket purchase (lost email, not received, etc.), you can visit https://customerservice.paylogic.com/hc/en-us, where you will be guided to retrieve your tickets.
If the ticketing system is not displayed on your browser (normally just above this page), please clear your cache.
3 pricing periods will follow one another.
- During the first period, tickets will be the cheapest. It runs until December 31, 2025.
- Ticket prices will increase during the second period. This period runs from January 1 to January 31, 2026.
- Ticket prices will increase again during the third period. This period runs from February 1 to February 26.
- It will always be possible to purchase tickets during the festival (except in case of sell-out). But they will always be cheaper online, even during the festival 😉
No, it is indicated on the sales platform that the ticket is not exchangeable or refundable.
No, the QR code (black square) is the most important, it is this unique code that you scan and that is no longer valid afterwards.
Children under 11 on the day of the festival get in for free and do not need a ticket 🙂
Children under 11 do not need to register or need a ticket. They should only present themselves at the festival entrance.
(Please do not register them in the ticket procedure. The ticket will not be exchangeable or refundable afterwards.).
The companion of a person in a wheelchair or a blind person can enter for free through the “Fast Pass” entrance at the back of Brussels Expo (Chaussée Romaine, Strombeek-Bever 1853) and without a Made in Asia ticket.
This rule only applies if the person in a wheelchair or blind person is a paying visitor and therefore has a valid entry ticket.
Any other type of companion must have a ticket.
‘Pre-sale’ tickets and tickets ‘bought at the entrance’ give you the same rights, but pre-sale tickets have the advantage of avoiding long queues at the ticket office.
Plus, pre-sale tickets are always cheaper.
Until the day before the festival.
No, you can show it on your smartphone but remember to set the brightness to maximum.
No, but it won’t work anyway. Once a first ticket is scanned, it is no longer valid and therefore the copy will not work.
