If one of your staff is not present on one of the 2 days and therefore wants to be replaced, here is the procedure: the staff member must present himself at the secretariat (hall 5) the day before his departure at the end of the day. His\/her wristband will be taken back. We will provide you with the appropriate logo and template.<\/li>\n<li>We ask that the <strong>stands be covered with tablecloths<\/strong>, preferably black, or of one and the same colour, identical on the whole stand. Tablecloths to be brought by the fanclub\/association.<\/li>\n<li>You will have to comply with the decisions of the Belgian government regarding the Covid-19 crisis if any are applicable.<\/li>\n<li>This form is also for Heroes Comic Con. So, if you apply for a slot at Heroes Comic Con, this is also the form you have to fill in.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You will be placed on the floorplan by the organisation depending on your themes and activities.
